Is headless no more! :) And a little birdy has landed on the cat's head.
My snow/all-day-stitch-athons have come to an end. It is back to work tomorrow. I am glad and sad. I will miss the time at home, but I do not want to go all summer. These snow days are edging the end of school a little too close to our already scheduled vacation to Disney. So far, so good, and maybe this will be the end of it, I hope.
I am off to stitch while watching American Idol and Lost. I will do more watching than stitching with Lost, I am sure (or I will be lost! LOL!). Any Lost fans out there?
I hear you on the edging close to the vacation time. GEEZ, I thought 2 and 1/2 weeks out from the end would be plenty...YIKES!
ReplyDeleteLove Molly and her kitty :)
Yeehaw!!! Headless Molly is headless no more. She is TOO cute. I love this one! I think this girl is prettier than Mary Margaret, but there was something about MM's spunk that reminded me of my daughter. I just love this series! I want to start another girl soon... probably Elizabeth. Right now I'm doing the A&E, which is similar in style (and copious amounts of fill in) to the girls. Anyhoo, fantastic progress!
ReplyDeleteOur snow days make me long for retirement from school...!~ BUT, I am ways away from that...so glad you enjoyed your extra days stitching... Looks awesome!! Faye
ReplyDeleteMolly looks great Kellie! This is such a cute design. Can't wait to see more! :)
ReplyDeleteLove it!!!!!
ReplyDeleteI have a snow day today, so I'm hoping to get some stitching done!!
Take care
Marion
Ooohhh! She's lookin' good!
ReplyDeleteSo cute, Kellie! I can't believe how many snow days you guys have had--I suppose they just don't have the equipment to get the roads cleared easily for the buses...
ReplyDeleteI'm a Lost fan, too, but unfortunately, they moved it to Tuesday nights and I don't get home until 9:20 from work on Tuesdays, so I end up taping it and watching after the rest of the world has already seen it. Yes, you have to really watch that show to understand (well, try to understand!) what is happening!
I am addicted to Lost. My husband and I have a deal that we only watch it together, and he wasn't home last night, so I have Lost sitting on the dvr just screaming my name! I hope he comes home before midnight tonight or I may be too weak to resist. :) So Loch is The Black Smoke? Or is Loch dead and the smoke just looks like him? I'm so confused right now.
ReplyDeleteHooray for Molly and her pretty little head!
ReplyDeleteI watched AI last nite as well and felt very frustrated at how long they drug it out - it could have easily been a one hour show. I am sad that I chose it over the olympics - oh well, live and learn.
I'm sorry your stitching days have ended. Hope you have a great day!
Glad to see that Molly finally found her head! I really like her. She's probably my favorite out of all of them.
ReplyDeleteWhat a great design Kellie, can;t wait to see more. Extra stitching days are the best...sorry yours are over for now.
ReplyDeleteOh wow! I can see you stitch things that I like! lol! Love your Be Kind and True finish and your headless Molly no longer headless. Beautiful!
ReplyDeleteI THINK MOLLY'S CAT SHOULD BE NAMED BELLA OR NIKO....WHAT DO YOU THINK? I LOVE THIS DESIGN, IT'S TURNING OUT REALLY NICE.
ReplyDeleteYay! Molly is lookin' good and I like her kitty cat too! Glad that you could make some progress on her while you were using up the days of your spring and summer vacation! I am currently a substitute teacher and while the snow is not affecting my vacation it has certainly affected my paycheck! I guess it is nice to at least have some stitching to take our frustration out on!
ReplyDeleteMolly is darling! So much prettier with her head!
ReplyDeleteI love this pattern!
ReplyDeletei came across it on the bay of evil last week and promptly put my bid in! it should be here early next week, don't know when i'll get round to it though.
